Hi,
I recently bought a used GeForce 5200 which I was told would be compatible with my Dell Inspiron 8500. I got the hardware and installed it just fine. Formfactor was right and the computer will boot up and let me use the default video drivers.
However I am completley unable to find any drivers that actually make this thing work like it should. I haven't found any that will install actually, I'm still stuck on the windows default POS.
I've tried various ones from Nvidia, Dell's support site, misc websites, and even had Dell tech support on the phone trying to help get it working properly. We were unsuccesful.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I might get working drivers for this?
TY

I assume you're using XP/2000. Here are the drivers for your FX 5200 video card:

What are you trying to do with the card?

These worked.

Now is ~75C too hot for one of these under heavy load? -
That should be fine, there's no need to worry unless you star having any problems which i doubt you'll have.
Video drivers needed for GeForce 5200!
