    Video on VLC and video driver

    This is quite a recent flick, and happens to all of the movie I watch. Just not able to understand.

    When ever I hover mouse on the movie video while playing in the vlc it starts slowing down the video play. I tried to reset the vlc setting but of no use.

    Is this any problem with my video driver ....
