I ordered one from their outlet and it didn't mention about Vista being 64bit so I assumed it was 32bit. I'm surprised to find out it has 64bit after checking Properties in My Computer. But I don't know why there are 2 folders "Progam Files" and "Program Files (x86)" Some programs were installed on "Program Files" while others like Dell webcam, video chat are on the x86 folder. And then there are 2 shortcut for 2 IE versions, one just says "Internet Explorer" and the other "Internet Explorer 64bit" in Start menu.

I forgot how it was last time I use a 64bit Vista system so don't know if this is normal?

It is normal. Program Files is 64-bit apps, Program Files (x86) is for 32-bit applications

This is normal, but it really doesn't affect anything, it is just mostly for organizing purposes. When installing a new program Windows will decide which folder to place it in depending on the bit version the software is.
