Well I have finally decided to take the plunge and install Vista on my 9300. So on to the questions.

    1. Dell support does not have a complete set of drivers for the 9300. But they do have the drivers for the 9400/1705. Has anyone tried using the drivers for the 9400 on the 9300? The ones I'm thinking of trying are the 350 BT module, Quickset and the touchpad driver.

    2. Is there anything that I need to be aware of that I may not be planning on? Any 9300 Vista users out there that can weigh in on their experience?

You may be surprised that Vista recognizes a lot of your hardware. Try to use the upgrade assistant that will let you know what hardware may cause conflicts during and after the install.

Many XP drivers also work in Vista, actually. But as Gautam said, Vista has a lot of drivers packaged in.
