Was hoping for information, as dell representive has not gotten back to me.

In regards to upgrading the Operating System, that comes with the DELL XPS M1330, at default it comes with VISTA Premium, and if you pay the extra, you can have it upgraded to Ultimate.

    Question is, when it says
"Genuine Windows Vista(R) Ultimate 32 bit (English) DVD Media Included"

Does that mean it will ship with a retail copy of Vista Ultimate, or just a Dell Branded copy of Vista Ultimate OEM.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
