    Vista Premium not possible on Vostro 1400?

    Already figured out what I wanted so I called Dell Small Business and told them what I wanted. The only problem was the sales rep said that he could not put Vista Premium on it as he had no options to do so. He was going to talk to his manager and get back to me. Glad I got a helpful sales rep. Just curious if anyone else had this issue and maybe this is a new change in dell small business. I have seen posts of where Vostro Users have been able to get Premium. The only reason I am going Small Business (though I do have a home business, the pricing on the Vostro is so much cheaper than the Inspiron with the same specs). Just thought I would check in with the Notebook Review community :)

    Yes it's possible I received mine with premium after I orderered online i called dell to adjust my order. I'm so happy I did.

    Well maybe I will just do the same thing. Was this very recent when u got premium on your 1400?

    ordered online 7/31 and called dell by phone the next day to upgrade to vista premium
