This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    lol, I was going to post about this earlier. Much like vista itself, they're having trouble meeting deadlines.

    I remember before the site said Nov 13th. However, I don't think the express upgrades are going to ship anyways until the general release, so I'm not stressing.

    Right. You pre-register for the software and pony up the $10 shipping fee. Then come sometime in January they will ship out copies to everyone. I already have a copy because of Microsoft but it is going on my desktop. It will probably be updated tomorrow.
