Do you already have Vista, looking to upgrade, or what?

Yes I got a Home premium disk from the express vista upgrade thing but its 32bit. Microsoft ask people to order the 64bit from them and charge shipping fee. But seems like the CD key doesn't allow for this when I try to do it on microsoft site.

Well, if you want the 64-bit edition, I guess you will have to bear the cost of the shipping.

According to the link you gave me, the Ultimate editions has the 64-bit edition on the DVD itself.

I don't mind the cost.... Its just that when I try to order it with my home premium key from dell the system reply no offer available. Seems like dell clients don't get to upgrade to 64bit.
