    Is it possible to run Vista on a Latitude C400 ?

    Possible? Yes.
    Wise? No.

    It would give you an extremely crappy Vista experience. I have Vista running on an IBM ThinkPad R50e and even with its Pentium M 1.4GHz (Banias) it's still sluggish.
