This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Vostor 1700 + Vostro 1500's

    Gents,

    I have ordered 3 x Vostro 1700's (c/w 1920x 1200 WUXGA screens), 9x Vostro 1510's (c/w WXGA+).

    The original email quote/order confirmation was for a 18th May delivery, once the order was placed (and money taken) the order confirmation came back as 29th may......no fuss there really.

    BUT now Ive had a poke on the order status on Dell.com......and it's been put back to the 30th June 2008.

    Just a warning guys.....there is a delay on the screen's.
    I rang home sales, and they have also confirmed this but promised me a delivery in 1 week rather than the usual 3 day turn around.
