I'm curious how many are affected by this issue, as it seems that everyone should experience it but few are reporting it.

While listening to MP3's, many of us experience the occasional crackle, pop, or skip 2-3 times at least in 6 minutes. Just enough to be really annoying. It's typically very short and slight and hard to notice, but once you do it drives you crazy.

THIS IS NOT THE SAME AS THE "BUZZING THROUGH HEADPHONES" issue

How many of you have this problem?

I know i said that i didn't have that issue before.. but it seems that I do when I listen to mp3. It's not so annoying thought, except the skipping part sometimes.

I don't hear no pops or crackles though.

I thought I read somewhere this was a problem with Vista and not Dell? Though I may be wrong.

Skipping happens, but very rarely. I always thought it had something to do with software though.
