Does anyone know the difference between the SEC4457 and LG display? I'm running a SEC and the viewing angles are rather poor. Is the LG any better? And is the LG for WXGA or WXGA+?

Basically, I need to know if the two possible screens for a WXGA+ on the Vostro 1400 are the SEC and the AUO. Or is there a third?

there is probably a chance of getting an LG. people seem to like it the best. i hate my SEC. poor viewing angles and grainy. i'm supposed to get an eschange soon. i hope i don't get the same screen again! i never knew dell was so shady. i don't think i'll ever buy one again!

I guess I can send it back later. I got a 3 year warranty on it. I need it for school for the next 8 mos.

I have an LG. Its a really nice screen - one dead pixel and slightly poor vert viewing angles, but otherwise great!
