Do I grasp it from the back (hinge/battery) end, or the front end?

I've been doing it from the battery end so far, since it seems "safer" since I won't be stressing the hinge. Also, the battery has "grip lines" on it (or are they something else).

So yea, noob question, but I'm really not sure. It's my first ever notebook...

I grasp the sides, and after it's in my hands I hold the back of the panel by my side like a textbook.

Unfortunately the back of the notebook flexes in when I squeeze it slightly. Damn quality :/

I just hold the back, my hand firmly grasps the underside and part of the top cover. Seems to work well.
