First lappy came and had a craptastic AUO screen. Second one I got has a perfect screen with great veiwing but whenever you move it the top of the screen has distortion as if you were squeezing the screen to hard. Even if you move it from the sides. Also they forgot to ship my 9 cell. Anyway Dell so far has been very nice and is shipping me a 9 cell and a new lappy never had to fight with them and they for the most part have been accepting that the screens have flaws. So here we go 3rd times the charm right

Do you guys contact Technical support to get a screen replaced?

Usually does someone come over to help you replace it or do they send you a screen and you do it yourself??

If you purchased home care support they come out. If not, call customer support, not tech support to replace system. You can generally keep your system until the replacement arrives.. whereas you send back original, or both depending if they get it right :D

you feel scare because of expectation, don't expect anything from the WXGA+ panel there's a high % you'll have a rubbish AUO screen, you are lucky if you got a no grain SEC.
