So I just noticed this once I switched in my 3945 intel card, replacing the Dell 1390. Every once in awhile the wifi light on the front of the computer will just blink, then return normal. WiFi still works during this time.

The latest driver I used on my intel card in my E1705 made the light blink for me...I think its a new part of the driver!
