I am thinking of getting the Vostro 1400. When I see people getting the same amount for 680USD (I'm buying from Dell HK) makes me feel like I'm being cheated.

Are there any sites that give coupon codes for dell hk? Google search only showed stuff for dell US.

Vostro is a small business item. This usually means no coupons. Look into the Inspiron instead, there are a lot of good deals there.

I meant coupons for Dell HK in general, not just the Vostro. The problem is that I cannot find a site which offers HK coupons, just US.

Well, Dell Biz did have a 25% off coupon last month, but it could not be stacked on top of the discounts.

For the same config, the Vostro is more expensive in HK and China. Indeed, the price went up in China last week. It is a different market environment. The list prices are higher in the US, but there are more discount available. I have not heard any free after rebate in HK, and I am not sure if the 30-day money back is offered in HK. At the same time, computer accessories are a lot cheaper in HK. Don't forget that we need to pay sales tax in most states here in the US. That would probably eliminate most of the price difference.
