Will I be ok with the integrated graphics card? I know most recommend the nVidia card but I won't be doing much if any gaming. I'll mostly just surf the internet and do other basic stuff.

    It'll be a core 2 duo processor (1.6ghz) with 2GB ram.

If you won't be gaming or video editing or 3d rendering etc, you won't need a dedicated GPU. Integrated will be just fine :)

    What type of video editing?

I like to use the Dazzle recorders and edit things in Windows Movie Maker. I know that isn't anything high-powered. What effects will that have?

Video editing usually depends more on your CPU than your GPU. I don't think the difference between having an integrated or dedicated GPU is going to be great.
