When putting up the volume to near 100 (90's +), the speakers tend to crackle and provide really bad sound. Would Dell possibly fix it or replace the speakers?

Also, I noticed that my audio has been skipping from time to time. I use Winamp, but I also noticing it happening in WMP. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot!

    what are you playing?
could be your file is distorting at high volumes..... It's a laptop speaker and I would not doubt if it's distorting at high volumes.....
    turn it down.
