    Vostro 1400 w/ no Dvd Burner software

    Well I finally made my laptop purchase and recieved it last week. I know that when I configure it online I ask for it not to have the Roxio Burner software. So does this mean I have to get a DVD burner software inorder for me to burn anything to DVD?

    Well that SUCKs. I just thought it was already on the computer and the Software was something extra and that was why I did get it. So can anyone reccommend a good DVD burner software?

    I usually use Nero (commercial package).

    But there's CDBurnerXP, which is free and seems to have all the basic file burning features:
