Just got the laptop and I can not connect to the internet. I have tried disabling the router's security and have had no luck. My router is a Dell 2350. Please help if you can! Thank you.

    We need more information.

Did you just set up the router?
    Has it worked before?
Does it work on another computer?
Does it worked if you connect the computer wired?
Do you have the wireless enabled?
Is the WIFI light on on the laptop?
Do you see the router in windows?

Sorry, the router has been set up for over a year. Other Laptops working fine on it.

Afraid I do not have a wire to connect with.

Wireless is enabled and can see my network as well as other locked networks.

    Wifi light is on.

    Can see the router.

I was on the phone with Dell for about 1.5 hours and they decide that the 1505 card was not compatible with my Dell router and tried to sell me a new router for $100. When I wouldn't go for that they said that they were going to send out an Intel Pro 3945 B/G card and tell me how to install it. Does this sound right to anyone? Why would they sell something that wasn't compatible with their own products?
