    ... But apparently I wasn't home.

I ordered the Vostro on August 16th so it came relatively fast. However I am pretty sure the Purolator guy must have forgot how to ring a doorbell because I got up at 9am, had breakfast and was about to head off to the gym.

I opened the door and stuck to the outside of it was a note from purolator saying they attempted delivery at 9:15.

So now I have to wait till tomorrow to pick it up at the depot :( This is agonizing. I haven't had a new computer for six years. I am typing currently on my 1.0ghz Athlon with 256 mb of ram and a 64 mb gfx card.

Good luck with your shipments everyone. I will post some pictures and a review tomorrow.

    I'm hoping I get a good screen :(

You must have had the same purolator guy who delivered that other guy's laptop to the wrong address...

    sounds like a great company.

Yea I just finished reading that guy's thread. We Canadians have it bad enough with not having 325 dollar coupons and having higher prices.

Figures we have to get a crappy delivery service too.

Purolator sucks! I wish Dell would stop using them.

Ironically, whenever I get replacement parts sent out to me, they're delivered by Purolator. On the way back however, they go by UPS.

I guess Dell wants to ensure what gets sent to them actually arrives!
