    Dell gave me a $50 coupon for being dissatisfied with my laptop. So, Im going to upgrade from my ****ty 128mb 8400gs. My question is how do you get under the metal piece under the keyboard and upgrade the CPU? Im not stupid with these things, Ive upgraded the lcd, and memory before, but how does this piece come up?
