    Hi,

Hope you can help me.

When I am on the net and veiwing webpages the banners etc are very fuzzy. For instance on http://www.anntaylorloft.com/home.jsp when you view the top of the website on the left (ann talyor loft)it is very fuzzy and when I view the pictures on the site they are not crisp but fuzzy.

Is this a problem with these laptops? Is there a setting I can use to correct this problem??

FYI- I have the 15.4" Wide Screen SXGA+ Display w/ Truelife LCD

Many thanks in advance - Karen

It is fairly clear on mine. I only have a 1440 resolution, but that should not make any real difference in the banners or photos.

What browser and what video card do you have?

Have you tried to re-install the video drivers?

Make sure that your resolution is set to native (1680) and that you are not setting your viewing enlarged on your browser.

Most likely it's a pre-rendered anti-aliased logo, I've got the same display as you (WSXGA+, but mine's an LG, not sure about your display).

Could you take some screenshots? I realize it will display differently on our laptops if it is an actual hardware problem, but if it's a pre-render or site-side issue, we'll see it.

Device Manager>right click on Monitor>select properties>select details>use drop down menu to select Hardware Id's

    SEC3350 Would be Samsung/Seiko-Epson

    LGLPF0300 or 301 Would be LG-Philips

There are also CMO and AUO in a few that have been mentioned.
