    is their any coupon for the Vostro 1500 or just the small business section of the dell site?

    No coupons. But try configuring them, you may still get them cheaper than the Inspirons.

    sometimes you can find concession coupons on Ebay for Dell Small Business. I bought 2x $70 coupons this past year on there for $50-$60. It will save you $10-$20 plus tax.

    I wouldn't wait too long to order. The Vostro is at a great price right now with the discounts. I missed out on the Inspiron earlier last month by waiting arouind for a better deal, but I guess it worked out OK in the end. I like the all black color of the Vostro, especially around the screen. I configured mine for $754. With 2GB ram, 160GB hard drive, and a dedicated graphics card, that isn't bad.

    I have noticed sometimes dell puts out evalue codes? maybe that might get you a better deal. I scored one for 569/ w/ webcam.... no clue if that is something standard

    I found a evalue code on fatwallet which linked to a nice deal.

    1.6ghz core2duo
    2gb ram
    120gb hd
    14.1" xga (i like matte)
    8400gs
    home basic
    1460 wireless
    9 cell

    for $770 after tax.

    I already have 2Gb of ram here...but the code wouldn't let me select 1gb or 512.

    order it on the phone, ask if they can lower the ram and save you money. if not, ebay the ram you already have.
