This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Vostro 1500 noise

    My vostro sometimes has a buzzing sound (not the screen though that buzzes from time to time) coming from the harddrive(?).

    Strangely enough when i tilt the laptop up a little it stops and then continues when its flat again. Doesnt anyone else have this problem and is it something i should be concerned about?
