Are your Vostro/Inspiron 1500/1520 screens wobbly?
When it is opened, try pulling it towards you an inch or so, and then let go.
When I do so, it springs back and wobbles back and forth about 4-5 times fast.
Is it supposed to do this? My ThinkPad T43 didn't have this issue at all.

    Mine does what you describe.

    (Just tried it)

    (Not too worried about it)

Mine doesn't... though I do not enjoy looking at the screen!

Not an issue. If it weren't there, you would be complaining about it not staying firmly in the one position. Use both hands to move it into the correct position and stabilise it and it will be fine.
