    Vostro 1500 ships with 512MB 8600GT?

    Hi,
    Well i got my Vostro. ( see sticky for impressions)

    and when I started playing around I noticed the Graphics card is recognised as 512 Video memory 8600GT. Is this Correct or is it shared system memory making up the other 256MB?

    also Im fairly impressed with the performance.

    256 Dedicated + 256 shared (altho it rarely pulls from this).
