My mother has a Dell Vostro 3500 with an intel i5 460M and an intel GPU (no dedicated GPU) and whenever I use it to print documents it loads really slowly (still using windoes 7 but 32-bit only).

I am wondering what upgrades i should do apart from RAM (currently at 2 x 2gb but going to 2 x 4gb) and conversion from HDD to SSD (going from a 320gb HDD to a 256gb SSD) to help extend the life of the laptop before they need a new laptop?
