    Can anyone please confirm/deny this?

Is it true Vostros aren't supplied with a windows reinstall dvd?

    If this is true...

How are you supposed to reinstall it then? and why do they make you pay for it?

    That sucks :(

Thanks Kaosfury, the page didn't work, but I'll ring them and complain, hopefully they'll send me a dvd.

Do they atleast supply the serial number sticker (that is usually attached to the laptop from underneath) with the laptop?

It should be on the laptop when you receive it. If it isn't, call Dell immediately. There is no reason not to have that piece of identification on there.
