    Hi,

Recently received my new Vostro 1500 and am loving it. =)

However, I just can't seem to get my monitor's display settings how I would like them. It's either too light in places or too dark in others, or some colours seem too bright/dark.

Now I know that display settings are in a way a matter of a person's own opinion, but I would like to know how others have theirs set to give me some ideas. I've also only used the nvidia control panel to set things, maybe others have used something different.

Any help would be appreciated :)

    Which screen do you have?

WSXGA+ here (1680x1050)...default settings and it makes me pee my pants.
