    I ordered my performance package Vostro on Saturday and today the base price went from $749 to $779. It's only $30 but I'm still glad I got it when I did. It went up $30 for the smart value package too.

    It depends on what Vostro you're talking about. Yes, I believe the 1000 was $599, but not any of the other ones.
