I just recieved my replacement m1530 this afternoon from Dell. The original one had a Samsung 1680 screen and I had them send me a LG 1440 lcd with the replacement laptop.... HOLY CRAP what a huge difference. The colors scream off the screen and everything is clear. I wanted to thank everyone on this board who told me to return my first m1530, to anyone who is having the same grainy issues SEND IT BACK, you will be glad you did. Now comes the "De-Bloating". Also my Vista score went from 4.8 with my t2750 in the original laptop to 5.1 with t8300 in my new xps, everything else is the same.

sorry for the bump but I cant believe the difference in LCD's. The LG is so much brighter and vivid. I compared my old XPS and the new one and its night and day - literally.
