    WOW om Dell 1505

    Is anybody playing WOW on the 1505 laptop. I was going to install it and it said i didn't meet the required processor speed. I have a 1.83

    I shared the wow folder from the network, copied everything from it into it's own folder on the e1505 and ran it. You gotta mess with the resolution and set everything up how you like, but it runs perfectly on a 1.66Ghz Core DUO with the integrated intel GMA950. I dont know about installing it from the disc, but it works by copy... =D

    I have a Dell e1505 with a 1.66 GHz processor and WoW installed on it just fine. It also said my processor was insufficient, but the reason for that is because, to my recollection, Intel Mobile processors throttle their clock speed when it isn't being utilized, but I could be wrong about that.

    Either way, it still gave me an "Install Anyway" option. Choose that and it will run fine.
