I noticed on my screen that for example when windows starts up and you see the blue screen only the upper left hand corner area looks a bit washed out white looking and the rest of the screen is nice and blue in color. Also, when I am at my desktop I still noticed this little washed out effect only in the area of the upper left hand corner area. Is there something wrong with the screen or is this normal? I also tried viewing at different angles but it doesn't help.

That's the way my screens look (I have Inspiron 6000 & 8100, both with SXGA) at Windows login, but not when I'm at my desktop.
