I was going to buy this one, but the seller pulled the auction:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6842909243&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1

Any other ideas where to get one of these other than Ebay?

Here's what I bought. Based on suggestions here, I already put in my order for 2 Transcend 1GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM Notebook Memory.

I want to get the Geforce 6800 Go, and I'll be set.

You can call Dell's spare parts department. They will have them, but you will pay more for them. I think that SG has the number for them. She will be able to help you out a little more. :)

Yeah, they are quoting me $320ish. Which is nuts considering they are asking around the same for the 7800s. I would buy one of them instead, I just don't want to mess with any warranty by installing a non-official card.

Yeah, ebay is really the best way to go. I would just keep an eye on these: http://tinyurl.com/ak6l2

Also, the one ends in an hour. So if you are interested in it, I hope you read this!!

Have you checked Dell Outlet? There's a 9300 with a Nvidia 6800 at $1109. It has 512 MB RAM, 80GB HDD 5400 rpm, wifi and bluetooth, it really doesn't seem to be a bad price at all and considering the rarity the 6800 has become....
