    WTH is up with Dell SMB orders?

    I ordered a Dell 2209WA monitor on the 18th. The payment was authorized and ever since then it has been in production! Its a damn monitor and it still hasn't shipped! Today, I called up and the rep couldn't give me *any* information. All she did was upgrade my shipping. It was nice of her to do that but I didn't get any real reason as why my damn order is delayed! I'm repenting ordering it from Dell. I could've gotten the same one from Amazon and had it already. WTH is up with Dell?!

    you should have got it on newegg.com, you would have had it in 2 days and got more for your money.
