I called their customer service number about 10 minutes ago to change my delivery date. Input my order number, pressed 1 to book or change delivery date and the auto-voice says "Our offices are now closed. Please call back during business hours of 9:00AM and 5:30PM" I'd like to draw everyone's attention to the fact that it's currently 1:30PM in the U.K.

What the heck? What time zone are they on? And I thought their delivery date stuff was automated. Why would I need to speak to a representative at all?

Thanks in advance for any insight!

LOL! I always forget too and then wander the streets looking for an open shop, hungry and disoriented.
