How good are the tv tuners that Dell sells and does the tv feed look good on just a WXGA laptop screen?

I was also wondering about the same thing....

Does anyone know any good tv tuners to use for the laptop? (with or without hardware encoding).

Do you think my system would handle software encoding with no problems (see signature for specs).?
