hi guys, so i orderd a dell inspirion 15 from dell ( of course) and they runied my order so then we had to phone back to sort it all out, so i get an email linking me to my order status it said it was in producation, so i cheaked a few days later to see that it was in delieveriy mode ! ( yay
) so i clicked on the walsh western link it worked first time said it was in china or somthing lol i go back on the next day and it says my order number does not match my custmer number !!!! i just want to know where my laptop is please ! has this happend to anyone ? is soo pleaaaseee reply on how to sort it out thank you !

Cust No. = 02XXXXXXX (i.e. knock off GB and replace it with 02)
Order No. = 0XXXXXXXX (i.e. put a 0 before the order number Dell gave you) -
I am in the EXACT same situation you were, with the same laptop and everything, apart from the fact that my Walsh Western tracking has never worked. Did everything work out in the end for you? Did the tracking finally work? Thanks.

Go through that to get through to Walsh Western.
I had to ring that as my tracking hasn't appeared and no phone call...
