    Hi

    Dell apparently have shipped my M1330 but there is no record of it on the online status, they said i can track by WW but when i put my customer number and order number from the invoice it doesnt return anything it just resets the two numbers.

    Is this correct or is there something wrong?

    If it recently went to delivery then it's normal - if it went to delivery a week ago then I'd start asking questions. Does take a little time for the data to move through the system.

    Ah right, they say it was shipped last friday the 7th so i will start to ask questions tommorow.

    Have the called you yet to arrange delivery? the company is a bit crap to be honest they dont even have a direct telephone number....well i could not find one?

    No they havent. Dell are slightly less than useless and all they can say is that it was shipped, no tracking information or anything like that. I havent had a problem with WW in the past, Dell usually get them there within a day and they have phoned me but this time it seems something has gone wrong somewhere.

    The online status does actually show "Delivery Preperation" but the phone status says "Shipped". Which to believe i wonder.

    Some good news it has been shipped.

    Although the tracking still doesnt work, it says the order number doesnt match the customer number but it has shipped.

    Thank god.
