I can't find details of this plan on the Dell Europe site. Does anybody know what sort of cover it gives?

My D820 Latitude has a hardware fault. Dell email support have asked me to swap RAM sticks in and out, but I don't really want to do this, as only 1 of the 2 512MB sticks is easily acessible.

Can I just ask them to send an engineer, or will I need to return it to them if I want them do do further diagnosis?

    Thanks.

To be honest, I bought the machine from the Dell Outlet Store on Ebay, and I'm not clear on what the warranty covered.

When I put in my service tag is says I am in "Initial Next Business Day" warranty, but I'm not clear if that means they'll just get back to your emails inside 24 hours or what.

I'm not sure if what you call "Next Day Business Class Professional Support" is what I have.

    Thanks.
