I couldn't find it on the Dell webpage -- is Dell warranty is international? Does Dell have any kind of zero-dead-pixel policy or something like that, i.e. I could get a new screen even if one pixel is dead.

All Dells are returnable for the first 21 days. Don't think they'd send you a new one though.
