so i received a DOA display on my 1420, and a dell tech guy came early this morning to replace it. replacing the LCD didn't fix it however, so they're going to send me a new system.

has anyone had to do a system exchange? how long does it take usually? the guy told me 3 to 5 business days, but that seems way too fast to build a new system and to ship it to me.

Replacement systems are considered first priority and bumped ahead of all orders.
