When I connect my M1530 to a SONY KDL32S2020 (32" flatscreen TV) with a VGA-cable and watch movies, disturbing lines appears every two minutes and passes through the screen from the top to the bottom of the screen.

I have Nvidia Go 8600M GT 256MB DDR3 andu use Nvidia Forceware 169.28.

Does anyone else recognize this and what can be done to prevent it?

What type of movies are you playing? DVD or Blueray or encoded ones?

DVD and encoded.. same result... I tried using a cloned screen instead of a enlarged desktop and the disturbing lines ceased to show itself.. Weird..

    Overloading?
If you refer to the performance of the computer I don't think that is the issue. Playing a 700mb divx-file is not really a problem for a computer which is able to play 1080p HD movies =) Have also tried DVD with the same results..
