I am noticing some wear and spots I cannot get rid of the black lid on the back of my M1330. This is annoying me very much as I have only had the laptop for a month and a half. Does anyone know whether I can get a new lid if I call and complain? I am under complete care.

Also, would it be possible to get a different color if I were willing to pay extra? I hear the microsatin finishes on the other colors are less prone to wear.

Can you describe the wear? It is on the black portion or silver portion?

Could you maybe post a pic?
