    what would be the approx weight of the E1505?

    ive pretty much decided to get it, for the superior price and specs, but really dont want weight to become a problem.

    6.1 pounds starting...with more components it will get a bit heavier.

    I don't think thats accurate...the 6 cell is .58 and the 9 cell is only .88. It can't add 7 pounds....perhaps you have some other stuff in there Archon?

    isnt his addition of 6.1 + extended battery about right, if not a bit lighter than you said?
