I've been trying to order an Alienware laptop since friday. The first time, I messed up and left my billing address the same as my shipping address. I called customer service and they spun me in a circle, so I did the online help with a representative and managed to cancel that order so I could hurry up and re-order it. I placed my new order on saturday with all of the correct info, only to get an email today saying that the order couldn't go through because my bank didn't approve the purchase. I know that I have just enough in my account now for this laptop, but when I check my account today, I see that Dell has taken $1015 out of my account for some reason? Why is this happening? I just want to order my computer.
