    Weird light problem with studio 17

    Hi, i'm having a pretty weird problem with my studio 17, the volume down button is always lit up and the volume up and mute buttons are continuously flashing, does anyone know why its doing this? is it some sort of error code? I get this after my computer reboots for an unknown reason and I get the screen saying 'Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown". The reason given is bluescreen.

    Are you shutting down the laptop improperly? For the control panel, it sounds like it needs to be swapped out with a new one.

    What kind of warranty do you have? if you have the in house one i would schedule for a technician to come and look at it.
