    Just wondering... I just got a new Dell E1705 yesterday and I have no idea how to use this reinstallion CD... I have become a custom to using just the original XP Pro CD to reformat... What happened to the Guide that told you how to reformat with the CD and how to fix Media Direct. I found the original post but the links on it do not work. Any ideas?

    Umm, yeah, she said she was having some "technical difficulties with it" and I haven't heard anything after that. Its only been down since yesterday, give it some time. Ha, great laptop btw, I just reformated mine with her guide, once its up again (I hope it will be) you'll have no trouble reformating.

    Well i feel really bad for the guide missing. So if you need anything, just let me know. Like i said, I'm hoping that we can have it back up today, but an admin has to take care of somethings first. If nothing else, I'm available all today tomorrow to do walk throughs.
