I got this for 725 cash off of craigslist BNIB

    Dell Studio 1735
    4 GB Ram
    2.0 core 2 duo
    ATI HD 3650
    slot loading Blue Ray Player
    backlight keyboard
    mini wireless n card
    bluetooth
    finger print reader
    webcam
    320 GB hard drive
    9 cell battery
    card reader
on and on it goes all for 725 legit, saw purchase order and everything. dont know what the guy was thinking.

***now, I have never owned a dell so I wanted to know what if any problems are there with the Studio 1735s? I was thinking of dual booting, but I also want to upgrade it to Vista ultimate 64 bit instead of the home premium x86 it came with. Any opinions on the deal i got or advice with the laptop?

Looks like a pretty specced out machine for the price, you should be happy with it. Nope, no problem going with x64, the drivers are on Dell's website.

Is it possible that it was bought from the outlet as a previously purchased new? You can get great deals from there with the 30% off coupon probably similar to this deal.

nah it was bought from dell's site for around 1500 he showed me the order slip. so i dono, maybe it wasnt as good of a deal as i thought....

the wled would only have a higher resolution, or are there other significant advantages?

WLED is much brighter which makes it easier to see the screen in bright environments especially outside.

Something seems fishy about the deal if it is never been opened if he really bought it for that price...Maybe its stolen? are you sending cash/check or are you meeting in person?

its pretty nooby for the original owner to dole out $1500 for the listed system.
    way overpriced.
